There are a series of roadworks scheduled to take place in Frodsham over the coming weeks, including the following:

- On Sunday 9 May, there will be temporary traffic lights installed on Main Street around the junctions with Fountain Lane and Marsh Lane, to allow for Openreach to carry out work in the area.

- From Monday 10 May until Saturday 5 June, there will be a skip in the carriageway on Park Lane, which is likely to cause delays.

- From Monday 17 until Friday 21 May, Openreach will be carrying out work on Grasmere Road. This will not involve traffic lights but delays are a possibility. Work will also begin on Silverdale and Rodgers Close on this day, lasting until 25 and 19 May respectively.

- Beginning on Monday 10 at 9:30am and lasting until Tuesday 11 May at 3:30pm, there will be roadworks with temporary traffic lights on Chester Road between Frodsham Cemetery and Helsby High School.

- From Tuesday 11 - Thursday 13 May, there will be temporary traffic lights on Red Lane to allow for United Utilities to carry out work on the road.

- Between Monday 17 and 19 May, temporary traffic lights will be in place on Frodsham High Street between Morrisons and the junction with Fluin Lane. Delays are likely.
