Local charity, Older People Active Lives (OPAL) Services, is seeking new trustees to join their team.

Providing support to older people and carers in rural communities across Cheshire west, OPAL is a dynamic charity, winning the Queen's Award for Voluntary Services in 2020.

With services across Cheshire, including in Frodsham and Helsby, OPAL has grown over the years from a simple day service to a borough-wide collection of clubs offering GoOnline, New Horizons, What's Cooking, BreakTime and Branching Out activities.

OPAL has continued to increase their service provision throughout the coronavirus pandemic and is now looking to welcome new volunteers to its board of trustees.

Trustee posts offer flexible opportunities for remote working, as well as the opportunity to contribute as often as you choose.
