Work is well underway to transform Frodsham's old HSBC into new pizza restaurant, Main Street Kitchen.

The restaurant will be open from 9am until 11pm, Tuesday to Sunday, with 50 covers, a garden and a takeout service.

The old bank premises is currently in the process of being kitted out with a semi-open kitchen and dedicated dough workshop.

Now, the owners are looking for two pizza chefs, a larder chef and a front of house team leader to join their team.

"We are passionate about our food and insist on the finest local, national and international ingredients including seasonal creativity," they said. "We developed our bespoke dough recipe in conjunction with master Pizzaiolo.

"We offer variety and choice but have kept it simple when writing the menu. Pizza on a plate. Or sliced in a box. All day plates, snacks and starters. Pizzas and puddings.

"Do you have an enthusiasm and passion for hospitality? Are you considerate, knowledgeable, warm, consistent and tidy. Are you well organised? Are you ready to work with precision to execute the founders vision for excellence?"

And for the chefs: "Do you have good taste buds? Are you happy to taste and experiment as we

evolve the menu and grow the business?"

You can find out more about these opportunities on the Main Street Kitchen website.
