Have you got an inspiring lockdown story that you'd like to tell?

Cheshire West and Chester Council are inviting local residents to share their stories and ideas online to showcase and celebrate community spirit that has flourished during the national coronavirus lockdowns.

This can be done through the 'Inspire Cheshire West' website, which was set up earlier this year as an interactive online platform for people to publish the ingenious ideas, community initiatives and small acts of kindness which have brightened up their year.

This online space allows residents to thank people who have made a difference to them and add ideas for how to make the most of staying at home.

"Throughout life under Covid restrictions creative acts of kindness have been happening all over the borough and this is your chance to tell us about them. We want to hear what you are doing and what others have done for you," said the Council.

If you have a story, an idea or a creation to help and inspire others, or if you have someone you would like to thank, you can share your message here.
