Climate Action Frodsham is inviting applications for a new membership secretary to join its committee.

As membership secretary, your responsibilities would include maintaining the membership list, collecting and circulating information to members and ensuring GDPR compliance.

In this way, you would help Climate Action Frodsham to raise awareness of the climate emergency and reduce Frodsham's carbon footprint.

As we emerge from lockdown, Climate Action Frodsham members are busy developing ideas for new projects, including a low carbon restaurant competition and the possibility of an electric car club.

Applications are also open for other committee positions if your interests lie in a different area.

If you don't have time for a committee role, but are keen to get involved with Climate Action Frodsham's initiatives and aspirations, you are also welcome to 'dip into' different projects with your own ideas and expertise.

Please email [email protected] if you would like to find out more.

Local residents are also warmly invited to attend Climate Action Frodsham's annual general meeting on 26 May at 7:30pm, where the committee will be discussing their recent activities, as well as ideas for future projects.

Further details of this can be found on the group's newsletter.
