Bene Gelateria – Assistant
Bene Gelateria is currently looking for a new member of staff to join their team. Duties will include serving customers their store-made Italian gelato along with sundaes, shakes and waffles.The ideal candidate will:
- Have had some experience working in a food/bar takeaway environment. However, this is not essential.
- Be available Thursday or Friday for a six hour shift and Saturday or Sunday for an eight hour shift, although hours will vary.
- Be outgoing, cheerful and able to work in a busy environment.
More shifts will be available from the beginning of March.

Ancora House School – Assistant Headteacher – Inclusion and SEND L1-5
"The Assistant Head Teacher will take a central role in assisting the Head Teacher, Deputy Head Teacher and Governing Body to develop our school in accordance with its shared values and our school development plans. "Ancora House School seek to recruit a qualified SENDCo to take up the role of Assistant Headteacher to lead on inclusion and SEND in our community Hub provision. "Ancora House School is an Outstanding school designated as a Medical Pupil Referral Unit; the school has two sites; the first is the in-patient unit based at the Countess of Chester Hospital Park; the second is our community Hub based in Castle House, Castle Park, Frodsham. "The in-patient unit supports up to 30 young people who are admitted the adolescent psychiatric unit, they are aged between 13 and 18 years old, young people can come from anywhere in the UK. "The Hub supports up to 20 learners in Cheshire West and Chester who cannot attend school due to their physical or mental health problem; learners remain on dual roll with their home school with the aim for them to return there as soon as they are well enough. "The successful candidate will be based in the Community Hub and will lead on inclusion, SEND and safeguarding to ensure that the highest standards of safety, wellbeing and achievement are maintained. "Learners who attend the Hub typically present with a range of barriers but the more prevalent reasons are social, emotional and mental health problems.Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills, securing a consistent approach for all with clear expectations and boundaries; we know this is the formula that works.
- Working directly with the Headteacher, the successful candidate will continue to develop the service and as part of the senior leadership team, and will contribute to the school's development plan.
- Outstanding skills of communication are imperative in order to build the relationships we value so much; keeping the young people and their families at the heart of what we do secures the best outcomes possible.
- The school is at an exciting time in its evolution and requires a passionate, enthusiastic and committed individual to help lead its skilled and experienced team.
