We will bring you live updates on the current situation as news emerges from key local organisations and businesses.


Chinese Delight, Frodsham

Chinese Delight will be offering a takeaway service from Tuesday - Saturday, 5pm-10pm and on Sundays from 1pm-9pm.


Millmark Foods Healthstore

Millmark Foods will remain open through lockdown, and are also able to post out products to customers.


Twelve50 Bikes

Bicycle shops are permitted to remain open under lockdown rules, and so it's business as usual (or as usual as we can be) at Twelve50 Bikes.


Crave Shakes and Desserts

Crave are still open Thursday - Sunday, 3pm-10pm for takeaway and deliveries.


Perfect Floors and Interiors

The shop will be closed over lockdown, but the Perfect Floors team can still carry out home visits and fittings.

Hullabaloo will continue a delivery and collection service throughout lockdown.

They are also giving away free balloons for each week of November!

Frodsham Fones

Frodsham Fones will be closed from Thursday, but will be operating a mobile repair service for customers in Frodsham, Helsby and Halton. The team will consider travelling further afield on request.


Me & Mr Jones, Frodsham

In a recent turn of events, Me & Mr Jones are now able to open for takeaway coffees, cakes and click and collect.

Paul and Ade will open the shop from 11am - 3pm every day apart from Wednesdays.

They will be showcasing their products on Facebook and Instagram, so if you would like to order anything, please call 01928 890 549 during opening hours.


Les Harris Jewellers, Frodsham

Les Harris Jewellers will be starting a click and collect service, via phone, Instagram, Facebook or online.


Devonshire Bakery, Frodsham

As an essential food provider, the Devonshire Bakery will remain open, although its coffee shops will have to close. There is a pre-order and delivery service available on a Friday and Saturday.

Bene Gelateria, Frodsham

Bene Gelateria will continue operating a takeaway service, with a strict one-in-one-out policy. Customers are asked to keep two metres apart as they queue outside.


India Garden, Frodsham

India Garden will continue running a takeaway service throughout lockdown.


KM Barbershop, Frodsham

KM Barbers are open until 6pm today (Wednesday) before lockdown begins tomorrow. You don't need to book: walk-ins are welcome!


Lavender Rose Gifts

Lavender Rose will close at 1pm today (Wednesday). However, Karen will be uploading photos of her stock to Facebook for anyone to order via message if they want. She can then either post the items or organise a collection day.


Groomingtails Dog Spa, Frodsham

Groomingtails plans to stay open for essential appointments through November, but is encouraging customers to delay their visit until December if possible.


Foodat27, Frodsham

Foodat27 will be closed on Wednesday 4th November, while it prepares its takeaway only service. It will reopen on Thursday 5th November, serving breakfast, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, soups and more.


Castle Park Arts Centre

Castle Park's 35th Open Exhibition has been brought forward, so you can now view it on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Keep an eye out on Castle Park's social media pages for updates and images of the exhibition, which will be posted during lockdown.

Ivy&Bee-Interiors

Ivy&Bee-Interiors' online shop will continue to operate as usual. The Christmas shop is now open, and customers can order specially gift-wrapped presents straight to their recipient's door, with free local delivery.

Jillys - Breakfast and Lunch Helsby

Jillys will remain open through lockdown as a takeaway. Customers can order food from outside the shop, and the team will continue its regular deep cleans of the inside of the premises.


Beerheroes Bottleshop & Taproom Helsby

Beerheroes will be closing their Train Station shop from Wednesday at 9pm. However, you can still get beer delivered to you, Thursday-Saturday between 5pm and 7:30pm.

Hair by Design will be open late on Monday and Tuesday for last minute appointments.

Home Bakes by Charlotte

In case you're in need of a lockdown pick-me-up, Charlotte is still offering socially distanced delivery of her home bakes and can now offer postal orders as well!

OH MY COD, Helsby

As a takeaway service, Oh My Cod will be able to stay open. They also offer a delivery service so customers can stay at home if they wish to.


Elegance Health and Beauty, Kingsley

Before they have to close on Thursday, Elegance Health and Beauty will be extending their opening hours in case any customers want to bring forward appointments booked for later in the week.

Helter Skelter, Frodsham

Helter Skelter is now opening at 12pm, and serving food until 8pm.


Walkies with Helen

Helen is making sure to sanitise and wear a mask if she needs to enter a house to collect her furry customers.

Therefore, if you are self isolating or unable to walk your dog during the day, Helen might be able to help!

Handknitted with Love will be open Monday from 10:30am-3:30pm, and Tuesday and Wednesday 10am-3pm.

Cath will also be taking some stock home to post out to people if they need it.

The Elizabeth Arnold Sewing Studio

Elizabeth Arnold will be open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with 10% off everything in the studio.

From then on, Dawn will be working from home.


Hales of Frodsham

Hales are still offering a no-contact home delivery service to Frodsham, Helsby, Kingsley, Alvanley, Manley and Runcorn, which will be free for orders over £10.

These deliveries can include fresh fruit and veg, milk, fruit juice and eggs, among other things.

Yuet Ben will still be offering a takeaway service and can deliver to all WA6 postcodes.
