A local award-winning bed retailer are looking for a customer order administrator to help their business to grow.

Here's what was said about the position:

"We are looking for a customer order administrator who is experienced in managing the customer experience throughout the order process and beyond.

"This role would suit applicants from administrative background. Applicants must have good administration skills, experience in an accounts or purchasing assistant/administrative capacity and the ability to liaise with customers and suppliers alike.

Responsibilities:

- Daily liaison as second line support with external customers and internal departments, including sales, finance, support and customers via telephone & email to discuss and resolve customer and system queries.

- Process online orders, liaise and send to suppliers accurately processing sales orders, customer queries and arranges deliveries in accordance with the company's policies.

- Delivering first class customer service, ensuring the customer has a satisfactory customer experience

Resolving any order related queries.

- Manage orders and cross reference with receipts

- To help ensure that all aspects of daily/weekly/monthly tasks are completed in a timely fashion.

- Set up customer records, maintaining and actioning amendments to customer accounts, including access checks for customers and ensuring accurate customer records are maintained.

- Completion of fraud and data checks.

- To assist on any other ad-hoc duties as required but not limited to administration duties.

Ideal Candidate:

- Solid experience within a fast-paced administration/order processing/customer service/operations environment

- Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills

- Problem solving skills

- Keen eye for detail

Salary: £19,000 to £20,000 per annum.
