I help people over the age of 45 who are struggling with back issues and posture.
Through a mixture of Pilates exercises and Exercise Therapy you can learn how to reduce your back pain, what triggers it so you know what to avoid and discover the best and safest way to keep your back maintained so you stay pain free and mobile.
If you think your aches and pains are just a part of getting older then think again, you don't have to just keep soldiering on, by attending regular Pilates classes with myself who is a low back exercise specialist you can start on the road to recovery and freedom from pain.
Ladies and Gents both welcome to attend class, don't worry if you have never done Pilates before you are in safe hands and work at your own pace, you will never be pushed to do an exercise you are not comfortable with.
