You may have read our recent article on Josh Smith, a local community radio host who was inviting local business owners to take part in a new interview series.
The latest guest to appear on the Josh Smith Talk Show was Yuet Ben's Toni Yau, who was joined by her gorgeous dog as she discussed the history of the restaurant.
The Yuet Ben story began when Toni's grandfather, Yuh Ho Yau, came to the UK from China after spending time in the Merchant Navy.
He and her father initially opened a restaurant in Liverpool in 1969, but moved to Frodsham in 1981, becoming the first Chinese restaurant in Cheshire.
Later in the show, the conversation turned, inevitably, to the pandemic, as Toni and Josh discussed the impact of lockdown on the restaurant industry.
Looking forward to hopefully reopening in May, Toni said: "It will be great because we miss the customers and the interactions.
"I'm very lucky that after 40 years I have very loyal customers. [During lockdown], it has been nice to see the community pull together to help each other out, and I do think the pandemic has helped to bring out the best in people."
