Police appeal for information as 13 sheep die following livestock worrying offence

Cheshire Police Rural Crime Team are appealing for information following a livestock worrying offence last week.

On Wednesday 24 February, 13 heavily pregnant sheep died after being chased into ditches in a field off the A56 near Sutton Hall Golf Club.

Officers would like to speak to the owner of a 'red' coloured dog that was seen chasing the sheep at 9am.

Please contact 101 if you are the dog owner or if you know who the dog owner is.
