Lucy Sumner "delighted" to be elected as town councillor for Waterside ward

Labour candidate, Lucy Sumner, has won the Frodsham Town Council Waterside ward election.
Lucy secured 340 votes, while Conservative candidate Chris Basey had 217 and Independent candidate Patrick Eakin had 125.
Speaking after the declaration of her election, Lucy said: "I am delighted to be representing the people of Waterside ward.
"I would like to thank everyone who came out to vote yesterday."
The turnout for this election was 34.7 per cent.
