For our Frodsham Heroes feature this week, we celebrate a familiar feature of Main Street: Millmark Foods.

Established over 20 years ago, Millmark has long been providing the people of Frodsham with health supplements, wholefoods and household supplies.

Open throughout the pandemic, the shop has always been there to offer help and advice to local residents, posting out orders to those who were unable to leave their homes.

Millmark Foods were nominated by Frodsham resident, Tom Sowerbutts, who said: "[Millmark] kept us supplies with essentials in the initial period of lockdown.

"At a time when there was panic buying this shop was my only source of flour and other essentials."
