The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for rain, which is set to hit parts of North West England, including Frodsham, on Thursday (29th October).

Frodsham will sit at the edges of an area of low pressure caused by the ex-Hurricane Epsilon, which is still classed as a 'post-tropical cyclone'.

Therefore, until Friday, periods of heavy rain could cause flooding and disrupt transport services.

This unsettled weather is forecast to continue through the weekend and into next week, but will be most severe on Thursday.
