Frodsham residents who are struggling this Christmas can find out about the local provision available to them through Cheshire West and Chester Council's Welcome Network.

Since 2017, the Welcome Network has been working with the Council to make food bank and other services more easily accessible for people in the borough.

Available food provision across Cheshire West has been mapped so that residents can find all the food support that they may need in one place.

Locally, help is available from Frodsham Youth Association, Frodsham Family Provision and Runcorn District's Frodsham Foodbank.

More information is available here.

Stephanie Ellis, Manager of the Welcome Network, added: "The most sustainable way to build food provision is to work together across different sectors. We want to make sure there's an offer that is co-ordinated and no one is left to go hungry.

"We want to hear from as many organisations as possible about the services they're offering over the festive period, helping us make sure nothing is missed and there is a real co-ordinated approach."

If your organisation will be helping people across Cheshire West and Chester access food over the festive period, make sure you get in touch so that your details are included.

You can tell the Welcome Network about your services here.
