Job of the Week

A successful, well-established, Frodsham-based organisation are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. To be considered you will ideally have experience of working in Finance or Accounts.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include:

- Creation of customer invoices

- Look into customer credit limits

- Bank reconciliation

- Validate and process debit and credit notes

- Ensure all outstanding cash is being collected promptly

- Work with the team to help with month end journal posting

- Processing invoices

- Setting up new suppliers

- Dealing with account reconciliation

- Processing expenses

To be considered the Accounts Assistant will:

- Have advanced excel skills

- Maintain good communication skills

- Be proactive and be keen to learn

- Be AAT qualified or studying towards

- Have a great ability to work as part of a team
