Helsby Parish Council South Ward gains a new Councillor

Helsby Parish Council has agreed to co-opt local resident Margaret Marsh as Councillor for South Ward.
Cllr Marsh addressed members at this month's Council meeting on July 12, and was co-opted with immediate effect.
She joins Cllrs Peter Duffy, George Randles and Mike Branigan on South Ward.
