This week, Home Instead Senior Care have been busy delivering Christmas cards and presents gifted by the community to Frodsham's older residents.
Now, Jane Pinnington, Community Relations Coordinator at Home Instead, would like to say a huge 'thank you' to everyone involved.
Home Instead Senior Care Frodsham Runcorn and Widnes' 'Be a Santa to a Senior' campaign has been a huge success thanks to our local businesses and primary schools in Frodsham, Helsby, Kingsley, Runcorn and Widnes.
Because of their amazing generosity, we have been able to deliver to seniors in our community who might not otherwise receive a gift at Christmas time.
Presents delivered included festive wrapped potted daffodil bulbs, beautiful Christmas cards made by local primary schools, hampers full of festive goodies and scrummy Devonshire Bakery mince pies.
Thank you to the pupils of Manley, Alvanley and Kingsley primary school, who have put so much thought into their brilliant handmade card contributions.
Special thanks also go to Flowers by Jenny Penny, Rob Crowther at the Devonshire Bakery, Joe and Sally at Robert Gleave Garden Centre, Helsby Tesco, Widnes Tesco and The Heath Business Park.
Your gifts will all make a real difference to our valued seniors, showing that their community has not forgotten them.
You are all AMAZING.
