Remember that Frodsham and Helsby's bereavement support link worker service is still available for you

Primary Care Cheshire would like to remind recently bereaved adult residents of Frodsham, Helsby and Elton that they can seek support from their local bereavement support link worker, Kay Foster.
The bereavement support service aims to provide non-medical, emotional and practical support to individuals registered with a local GP surgery who have been bereaved within the last 12 months.
