Captain Tom, a World War Two veteran, raised over £30 million for NHS charities last year by walking around his garden, just ahead of his 100th birthday.

For the first time since December, Frodsham's coronavirus infection rate has dipped below 200 per 100,000 residents.
In the week leading up to Thursday 28 January, 18 new cases were recorded in the town, marking a decrease of 42 per cent on the previous week and resulting in a rate of 196 per 100,000.

Two pupils from Frodsham Weaver Vale Primary School have been remembering the amazing achievements of Captain Sir Tom Moore through a series of drawings.
Captain Sir Tom, who raised £33 million for the NHS last year, died with coronavirus yesterday (Tuesday).
