Primary Care Cheshire would like to remind recently bereaved adult residents of Frodsham, Helsby and Elton that they can seek support from their local bereavement support link worker, Kay Foster.

The bereavement support service aims to provide non-medical, emotional and practical support to individuals registered with a local GP surgery who have been bereaved within the last 12 months.

A new service for transgender, non-binary and intersex people is now available for residents of Frodsham, Helsby and the rest of Cheshire who need support either before, during or after their social or medical journey.

The service is provided by Cheshire Merseyside Adult Gender Identity Collaborative (CMAGIC) and commissioned by NHS Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
