Frodsham Town Council's Events Committee are now inviting residents to help plan a post-Covid event for later this year by joining a working group.
Initial ideas for the event, which will hopefully take place in the late summer or early autumn, were discussed at an Events Committee meeting on Tuesday 9 March.
A planning appeal to continue use of the touring caravan and camping site by Helsby Park Homes for up to a maximum of 10 touring caravans, has been dismissed.
The camp site, which is located just off the A56 down Chestnut Lane, is currently permitted to host up to five caravans or motor homes, plus any number of smaller tents, at a time.

Yesterday evening (Thursday 11 March), Frodsham Police were called to an incident on Red Lane, where they seized a quantity of cannabis.
The offender was then dealt with accordingly and Frodsham Police moved on to patrol the Memorial Field area in response to reports of antisocial behaviour and possible lockdown breaches.

Detectives have issued an urgent warning after a recent spate of fraudulent calls from scammers claiming to be police and targeting the vulnerable and elderly.
The force has seen a number of reports of fraud where organised crime groups (OCGs) call victims and purport to be from the police.
