Britain's Got Talent has come to Frodsham!

For their class assembly, Frodsham CE's Year 6s staged a talent contest, where competitors performed in front of the infamous panel of judges, 'Alesha, Amanda, David and Simon,' who were not at all afraid to use their famous buzzers!

Introducing the show, Frodsham's very own Ant and Dec said: "It's Health and Wellbeing Week here at Frodsham CE. As well as exploring how to be physically healthy, we've been thinking lots about how we can have positive mental wellbeing in our lives, particularly during these uncertain times.

"We thought one way to stay happy and positive is to focus on what we're good at. Everyone has different strengths and areas of expertise. So we thought that it would be fun to celebrate and showcase some of our talents.

"What better way to do this than hosting the Frodsham's Got Talent show!"

The assembly included some beautiful vocals from 'Mimi Rose', an impressive rap from 'The Extremes', a very professional song and dance routine from 'Shooting Stars' and a hilariously ill-fated audition from 'Simon Towell'.

'Magical 3' successfully chopped an audience member in half before putting him back together, and 'The Dance Troop', 'Sister Squad' and 'Dynamic Duo' all showed off their gymnastics and dance skills.

With so many amazing acts to choose from, the judges decided that everyone should be winners, and sent a big congratulations to all competitors!

Well done to Frodsham CE Year 6 for putting a smile on our faces!
