An outdoor production, The Players will perform Kenneth Grahame's "The Wind in the Willows".

Many will be familiar with the Alan Bennett version of this classic tale, but this is a new version by Mike Kenny.

Toad Hall is "in need of renovation" the Weasels are in occupation, and favourite characters Ratty, Mole, Badger and Toad, re-tell their previous adventures, with a supporting cast of colourful characters.

Performances will be staged in front of Castle Park House, Castle Park, Frodsham in the evenings of July 7 - 10 (7.30pm), with additional matinees on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 (2.30pm).
