Horn's Mill Primary School smash half term NHS fundraiser challenge

Pupils and staff at Horn's Mill Primary School have today completed their Walk for Wellness challenge in aid of the Countess of Chester Hospital Charitable Funds.

Over half term, teachers and children have been using their daily exercise to collectively walk the length of Hadrian's Wall, and have already reached their target!

Through this sponsored walk, the school has raised nearly £200 for the Countess of Chester, whose 'amazing staff' cared for Team 1 teacher Tara Weeks after she suffered a pulmonary embolism earlier this year.
