Home Instead Frodsham, Runcorn and Widnes, who support people living in their own home within our community, have been celebrating length of service with their team.

Owners Brian and Alison Moynihan want to say a HUGE thank you to all of their CAREGivers for their continued support.

"All of our CAREGivers do a superb job caring for our elderly in the community, and we are forever grateful for all their hard work particularly during this pandemic.

"Our CAREGivers are highly experienced and professional and always go that extra mile to make a difference".

Today, we celebrate the work of Susanna who has been a CAREGiver with Home Instead Frodsham, Runcorn, Widnes for the past nine years.

In this time, Susanna has offered her Clients home help, personal care and perhaps most importantly, friendship.

This is her story: "Nine years ago, I started as a CAREGiver for Home Instead and have never regretted it.

"Working as a CAREGiver is very varied, interesting and satisfying. No day is the same you never know what is going to happen, or what to expect. It helps when you are flexible and can adapt easily to different situations.

"It is very satisfying, as clients in general are happy to see you. Sometimes the CAREGiver is the only person they will see that day. It feels good that you can help them to live independently as long as possible. That is what I would have liked for my own parents.

"Listening to people's life stories is very interesting, I could write a book about it!

"I hope that I can carry on working for Home Instead for many more years to come."
