Today (Friday 23rd October), Helsby's Tesco Superstore staff will be wearing pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

This forms part of a 'Think Pink' event, through which customers will also be invited to donate any loose change to research and care charity, Breast Cancer Now.

Breast Cancer Now are currently funding over 80 projects which aim to discover how we can prevent breast cancer, save lives, and help people to live well with and beyond the disease.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month takes place every October, and is especially important this year, as the coronavirus pandemic has put many aspects of research, fund raising and cancer care on hold.
