Helsby High School raise over £700 for charity on Christmas Jumper Day!

Today (Friday 18th December), staff and pupils at Helsby High School have raised £722 during their Christmas Jumper Day.

The money raised will be shared between Runcorn and District Foodbank, West Cheshire Foodbank and Chester Aid to the Homeless.

Congratulations to Helsby High School for this great achievemen!

If you would like to support one of your local foodbanks, Runcorn and District are currently requesting the following items:

- Shampoo

- Custard

- Sponge puddings

- Rice pudding.

West Cheshire Foodbank's most recent food item appeal was for:

- UHT milk

- Long-life fruit juice / bottles of cordial

- Tinned potatoes

- Instant custard

- Instant mash

- Tinned puddings and fruit.
