New homes planned as part of the Cheshire Cheese Court development have now appeared on Rightmove, where they can be reserved ready for their completion this summer.
The Main Street development involves six new houses and the conversion of the old Cheshire Cheese to create a further dwelling.
The former pub will retain its outward structure, while the inside is transformed into a five-bedroom house with enclosed gardens, with an asking price of £500,000.
Meanwhile, the other homes will be spread across two small terraces, one sitting alongside the pub building, the other set back from the road.
Planning for the new homes was submitted in November 2019 and approved last September.
Work has now begun on the development.
The properties are on the market with Adams Estate Agents in Runcorn.
