Frodsham Town Council has given notice of a vacancy in its Waterside and Overton and Five Crosses Wards, and seeking applications for the positions.

Successful candidates would become full councillors for Frodsham Town Council, and play a central role in community initiatives and events.

The Town Council is looking for people with a wide range of life skills and experience that reflects the local community.

Applicants should display enthusiasm and commitment, as well as an interest in and knowledge of local matters, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate succinctly and clearly.

Successful candidates will work closely with the other members of the Council, as well as its partners, which include other Town Councils and the local authority.

They will also be expected to attend Council meetings and events in the evening and at weekends.

Applications must reach the Clerk by 4pm on Monday 9th November 2020 with a view to making co-options at the Council Meeting to be held at 7pm on Monday 23rd November 2020.
