WATCH: Devonshire Bakery featured on Council video series welcoming shoppers back to the high street

The Devonshire Bakery's Robert Crowther has appeared in a series of Cheshire West and Chester Council videos reflecting on how the borough's businesses have adapted to coronavirus restrictions.
In the video, Robert explains that the Devonshire's delivery service helped to keep the bakery going through lockdown, adding that heightened hygiene measures are now allowing a 'Calm, Warm, Careful' return for regular customers to the 120-year-old business.
