Frodsham's new ice-cream shop, Bene Gelateria, has announced that it hopes to open its doors to the public on October 21st.

The shop Bene will sell homemade gelato, crepes, waffles and Italian coffee. "Our challenge every day is to propose a gourmet gelato while always satisfying the most exacting palates; this is our raison d'etre!" the Gelateria team said via their Facebook page.

Now that they are nearly ready to open, Bene Gelateria are on the hunt for staff. They are looking for outgoing 16-18 year-olds, preferably with a love of cooking, although they will be given full training.

Successful candidates will be required to serve ice cream, prepare waffles crepes etc and serve customers at their table or from the counter.
