Frodsham's very own Cheshire Brownies have teamed up with mobile pizzeria, Dough & Go, in an exciting new project.

Dough & Go operate across Cheshire, making stone-baked pizzas for more rural communities who might not have easy access to many restaurants or takeaways.

Now, Cheshire Brownies' Matt Martin, who is the culinary brains behind their delicious bakes, will be working with the Dough & Go team to provide brownie desserts for customers around the county.

Both Dough & Go and Cheshire Brownies are still able to operate under the current lockdown restrictions, and are now hoping to bring their pizzas and brownies to the people of Frodsham.

"We have received an overwhelming response from Cheshire Brownies' existing customers, who are asking us to bring Dough & Go to our town!" says Cheshire Brownies' Pippa Bellis.

"We are in the process of trying to source a location in Frodsham or Helsby - if anyone can help source a location we would really appreciate it!"

"Cheshire Brownies are super excited to be working with Dough & Go. We feel our business has grown quickly in the last three months: Matt now bakes seven days a week and we are finding that our customers need to pre order a few days in advance more often."

As well as operating a busy delivery service to local residents, Matt and Pippa's brownies have also been stocked in Bene Gelateria and the Courtyard Tea Rooms at Castle Park.

"Despite everything that is going on, our loyal customers continue to support us. It is this fantastic feedback and encouragement from the community which keeps us going," Pippa adds.

"Frodsham will not be the same this Christmas without our annual festivities. However, we fully support the brand new online virtual Christmas Market specifically designed for stall holders that would have been trading at the event.

"We encourage everyone to join in and support if you can."
